Default What's in a Tech axiom?

So, you you program a robot in a Tech 25 factory to make sword with Tech 10 techniques and Tech 10 materials. Is the finished sword Tech 10, Tech 25, or somewhere in between? Does it have to be made in a Tech 10 cosm/realm for it to be Tech 10?

(This came up as I was thinking about fighting the Nile Empire with replicas of the Earth's best Tech 21 equipment)

Since it is made of Tech 10 materials, the sword will be Tech 10. The Tech axiom of the manufacturing process only matters when/where it's made, after that the tool's axiom is based only on the tool itself. That's the essence of Nippon Tech's business model; they use Tech 24 technology to mass-produce lower Tech items and then sell them in lower Tech realities for far less than the locals can afford to charge.
